There are 4 types of accessories in the world of Lineage II: rings, earrings, necklaces and pendants. Accessories increase P. and M. Defense of a character, high grade accessories increase max. MP.

Pendants | Increase P. Def. of a character. Have high characteristics. You can wear 1 pendant at once. |
Sealed Items
The items created based on recipes grade B and above, are crafted as sealed. In order to unseal them and to get the actual item, you need to talk to NPC Blacksmith in a township. To unseal an item you need a 
Cloth Piece and a certain amount of adena.
